  • This laboratory is conveniently located near where I live; I can pop by for blood work on my way to work. But, there are long line-ups in the early morning. Yesterday, I arrived around 9am and after I was given a number and had my papers reviewed, I sat down to wait. 15 minutes. My number was called but instead of heading directly inside to get my blood sample taken, they checked my papers again and again I was told to sit down and wait! I did a double-wait! I waited ~7 additional meetings before being called in. This double wait is unnecessary and inefficient. However, the ladies who work here are angels! They know how to take blood samples without scaring you or scarring you! They will talk to you and make you relax and tell you when to breathe in. There are other labs were the ladies taking the blood work are not this empathetic!
