  • Haven't updated how they treated us after we left. We gave them our new address and within 2 months we received a MAIL FROM COLLECTIONS. Not only that when we tried to dispute it with all the original documents we had they wrote additional things on their copies of documents and Stout Management itself responded once every couple of weeks to respond to us and wouldn't admit that their workers illegally added to already signed documents. When we asked why our water bill for 11 days was 40something dollars they couldn't provide the legitimate bill and created an excel sheet. Terrible management and it's been over a year they said they would send us our renters history never have but what do you do
