  • Very disappointed and upset. went since it was recommended by my run club to have the gait analysis and get a good pair of running shoes. Once I got in the treadmill for a few seconds the guy went to get 3 pairs of shoes and told me those were my options. I was never shown the video of my gait or prompted to try them out after I picked a pair I liked so I thought that was the norm and decided to trust them since they are supposed to know exactly what you what you need. After a few runs with pain on my knees and arches and realized it's not your normal getting used to new shoes discomfort so I do some research on the shoes and come to find out they are for over pronation and I have supination! You can see it from my old shoes and the way I step in every other pair I own. I went back to the store and explained that yes, they are used but only have a few miles in them and how they are wrong for my feet so I only want a different pair of shoes since it was their mistake. The guy was zero help, and only tried to sell me a different pair of shoes for over pronation without having my gait tested again. So now I am 100 dollars short and with a pair of shoes that I can't wear! I had to take my business somewhere else and buy a different pair and since I did the pain is gone. Again, very disappointed in this company!
