  • Justin came out today to do my tile- he explained things to me and did an excellent job. He is the BEST thing about this company. The receptionist named Jaimie is a TOTAL waste. Made the appointment with her and called to move up the date. Never received a phone call back until I called for the third time, and sent emails threatening to write bad things about the company. Her excuse was that "they" were out of town...strange way to run a business. Secondly, they only accept cash or checks which no one told me about...good thing that I had a check. I find this business VERY strange having had service type of business. Never received a pain invoice either, after I was told that it would be emailed to me. Give your business to another company who knows how to treat customers!
