  • As a property owner, I have been thoroughly pleased with Rubec Properties (So far). Hattie has been a tremendous professional. Before Rubec began managing my property, we discussed communication styles. Hattie has made every effort to ensure that our communication commitments are met. For example, I called Hattie while she was on vacation (unbeknownst to me). She picked up and addressed all my questions, then politely routed me to someone else internal. Talk about dedication to customer service!!!! I can count on Hattie and Rubec's word. Hattie noted that it takes up to 30 days for a property to be rented. Within two days of turning my property over to Rubec, it had several applications. As she stated, my property was rented within the 30 day period. I'm excited to continue my relationship with Rubec Properties and would recommend its service for anyone seeking property management services. Thanks guys, Kirk
