  • Absolutely terrible customer service! Would not recommend anyone going to this cleaner. The job they do on your clothes is barely sub par and the customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. The women who run this shop are not nice at all and I have never felt welcomed when entering this location. I have been coming here for about a year now and if it wasn't for my pure laziness I would changed to a different cleaner a long time ago. Tonight the two women working in the location would not give me a receipt for my payment after I paid with cash. They told me they gave me my receipt when I dropped off my clothing. I simply said that I was given was a invoice price, I just need receipt for my records that I paid tonight. After I said that, the two women both started to talk loudly to me and one kept said "brotha are you listening to me". I felt completely disrespected by these women and for that, I will never come here again. I already knew they had very dry personalities and at time, not nice personalities, but I didn't ever think they would talk to me the way they did especially after them seeing me consistently come in the location for about a year. I will never step into that terrible companies location ever again
