  • I have been going here for years. Now, I am done. Yesterday, when I had my appointment, the nail part went ok. Then came the pedicure. It usually my relaxing time. They sat 2 high school girls, who were on spring break, visiting heir grandparents. The nail tech who was sent to work on the girl closest to me. (Guy with bleached hair) sat down, trying to impress these girls, was so loud, that even my nail tech ask him to quiet down. He didn't. Then, it was time for me to pay. The owner doesn't pay any attention and tells someone else to check me out. This person, can't get my credit card to go through. After 3 tries, she just looks at me. At that point, the owner still isn't doing anything to help. I ask her to come and help. She replies, oh my internet is down. You have to come back. So, I say ok. Oh, when the person went to check me out, she informed me that I had to pay extra to use my credit card. The owner then got my cell phone number to call me a few hours later and ask me when I was coming to pay her. Today, I went in and paid her in cash to save the service charge for credit cards. She is such a phony, she said, in front of everyone, oh I love,love,love you. I turned around and walked out. There are plenty of nail salons in this valley, so after all these years, I will never go back here. I have no use for insincere people who treat people like this owner does.
