  • Highway robbery!!! Missed my payments for 2 months bc they never sent a notice in the mail, had me on email setup which required account numbers they did not provide, and then sent me to collections for $400!! I tried to reinstate my account bc it was an honest mistake and they wanted $200!!! NEVER EVER GIVE THEM YOUR SS NUMBER!! The only reason they are open is bc the make BANK off of ppl not remembering to pay... meanwhile not letting me know i even owed!! The water isnt even good! I only used the service bc i live on the 3rd floor and work 60 hours a week! I was warned not to do it, TAKE OUR ADVICE!!
