  • ***The Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian has that Disneyland for adults look that epitomizes Las Vegas; the exteriors of the storefronts and the canals give off a faux Venice, Italy appearance and there are even meticulously dressed street performers who have a striking look (great use of makeup too); the simulated blue sky with paint is well done as the ceiling curves are not immediately recognizable; still, The Grand Canal Shoppes is kind of only worth visiting once because the shops are not that interesting and the food here is not that special*** Like almost all of the major hotels on The Strip, The Venetian offers both complimentary self and valet parking.
