  • Save yourself the frustration and head over to El Pollo Loco ... this place is awful. So poorly managed (see other reviews). I went into the drive thru at 2:15 PM on a Wednesday. Not a soul to be seen or heard. After waiting about 5 minutes at the speakerboard, I pulled around to the window. Saw two employees lazily talking with each other without a care in the world. Probably staffed by stoners and dropouts. Not worth the effort. El Pollo Loco much healthier anyway.
