  • Terrible., my dog was diagnosed with valley fever, so my vet calls in the script on Thursday, diamondback doesn't process it till Saturday, here it's Tuesday still not here. Called them and was told I'll get it on Wednesday. Valley fever is a very serious disease. If your pet has valley fever please get the meds at the vets and not wait for diamondback. Your pet's life may depend on it. I live in the same state and they use the us postal service, that's all you need to know. BTW I would have given them no stars had the option.
