  • I'm very disappointment of Kurt Smit Services. I went with him for a legal separation and then a divorce, he recommended me to go to trial and I trusted him so I ended up paying him more than 5,000 and as soon as I finished paying him he literally started to ignored my case, my phone calls and emails. I had several appointments over the phone with him (because I move out of Vegas) and he did not attend them. I sent several emails to the paralegal too with no answer back. I called the office a bunch of times and they said they will call me back and nothing. It's sad and disappointing becasue I was going through a really hard time in my life and I feel now that he took advantage of that and by trusting him I ended up spending money I shouldn't have spent plus emotionally draining keep chasing him all the time for months.
