  • I've stayed here before and loved that it is near Chase Field for baseball games. This time was horrible. The toilet was cracked and the tub had rust in it. When my wife and I tried to talk to some of the maids, they did not seem able to speak any English. But by far the worst part of our stay was the fact that our room keys only seemed to work once before I had to go back to the front desk to get a replacement! Seven times. Several times the front desk tried to tell me how to use the key like I'm an idiot. Other times they accused me of carrying the card too close to my phone or wallet because of course it is my fault their hotel is falling apart!
