rev:text	Let's be very clear! I'm 53 years old, first and foremost! Unbelievable that you would respond after almost two years to this? Ironic! What I wrote about your Company, was not based on FICTION! Yet, I too have photos, the last renters exit agreement, the owners of the property, etc....I did my homework, yet....you run your mouth so rudely two years later? Again, stay away from these people! What I wrote, my review.....was and remains fact! To those who are concerned? Please go back and review the other comments and reviews? Not good! I stand by my original comments! By the way, You want to know about the 8,000 dollars. I have that as well. The almighty dollar, cash deposit and rental monthly were pre-paid in advance. Do the math, you arrogant "princess"! I don't need nor have any reason to fabricate my words. Like I said, I too have photos! It's the little things you keep on your computer, iPad etc, for years after. Bring it on! Yet again, you belittle my remarks? The irony here is that your company is very poorly run! You take money from these young renters, who many do try, some....not so much. However, again, I was raised to do right. This property was not maintained, yet, you went after the wrong people. Had we not fought......you'd have stolen a huge chunk of change! Shame on you. By the way, we did file the documents to see you in court, that too was an unexpected, yet necessary expense. After reconsideration on your part? It was apparent that you didn't want to go to court over the fraudulent actions you tried to get away with! Renter.....be forewarned! Dot every "I" and cross every "T".
