  • The engine in our car started making noise, like it was going to explode, 2 days after we bought it. These guys were on the "approved" list from the warranty company. Overall, the engine had to be replaced. After approval from the warranty company, the work was done quickly. That was at the end of April. Daniel was great, he even gave us some pointers so that we don't unknowingly void the extended warranty we bought - as there was another customer there who had just done that with the same company we have. This past Friday, our car wouldn't turn on. No lights on the dash, and we had been driving it all day prior to this. We took it back here, and they replaced a burned out starter wire. Super nice about it, and they didn't charge us. This morning, we took it in again because a light came on the dash. It was the alternator. We got a call a couple hours ago that the car is ready to go! Much to others disagreement, I think our car problems stem from where we bought it, as there are many similar reviews/issues from them that we found out about after. I do not think it has anything to do with this shop. This new car will definitely be going there for as long as we have it, and our other two will make it there eventually.
