  • Service is hit and miss. Usually hit, but sometimes a miss. I found it partly annoying and partly humorous that I order another beer, and after 15 minutes, the excuse from my server is that "she rang it in, and the bartender hasn't gotten around to it yet, so she can't do anything about it". Guys, I don't give a sh-wit about how your systems work. Sitting while food in front of me gets cold waiting for something to wash it down dilutes the experience. If a bartender can't appropriate a draft beer in 15 minutes, the manager should reorganize the 3 girls in the hostess stand by the entrance to go bar-back for a few minutes and get the place caught up. It was a Tuesday night. Not exactly a door buster of a night. At least the upsell isn't pressure. Our server otherwise was professional, friendly and was polite. The food is in the middle - neither splendid or rancid. I might come back, but another experience like this leaves me no option but to never return again.
