  • I recently moved to Charlotte and decided to take my VW Jetta here after reading all the other positive reviews. This place is located right down the street from the Woodlawn light rail stop, so if you live or work along the light rail it makes dropping off/picking up your car super convenient. I dropped it off in the morning for some routine maintenance and also asked if they could take a look at the left side of my front bumper, as it was jutting out just a little from a very minor fender bender. They offered to take it down the street for me to L&P Auto Body to get an estimate for the repair, but when I went back later to pick it up, they told me they had ended up fixing it themselves for less than the body shop would have charged. I was so impressed that they would offer to get the estimate for me, and even more impressed when they fixed it themselves for cheaper. The routine maintenance also ended up being $110 less than what the VW dealership quoted me. I'm so pleased to have found a place that I can trust to take care of my car.
