  • I made an appointment with Epic, emptied all the furniture out of five rooms and no one showed- no call, no way of contacting them. Be warned that there is no one monitoring the phone. I let the scheduler know through Yelp and there wasn't any follow up. This company has amazing reviews and was recommended by a friend but beware that you could be left with a lot of prep and dirty carpets.
