  • Last week was my first visit to TCAH and from start to finish it was a pleasant experience. I made my appointment with ease and was accommodated with an appointment time that was convenient. Upon walking into the facility I was greeted by friendly front office staff and the waiting area was clean and clutter free. We (my baby shih tzu booger) were taken back to a room in a timely manner and we saw Dr. Lavengco , he is so friendly and patient and he truly cares about your pets health and well being. Booger needed X-rays and he went over the X-rays with me and said they would need to be sent to a radiologist for an official reading and he would call me with the results. Dr. Lavengco kept his word and called me the next day with the results, as well as calling to check on Booger to see how he was tolerating his medication and see how he was doing. Thank you Dr. Lavengco we love you Julie and Booger
