| - ok, so 2 years ago we bought phones.. the verizon switch.. from a radio shack.
Don't ever do a deal with not the corp store first.
1) naturally the rep lied - cancel any time (did not like contracts with verizon) and we pay you to switch.
2) well the bags NEVER came, and i called 3 times, 4th time - whoops - out of my time limit. Check to VERIZON $1700 (cause they were to pay you out of contract and phone.
3) well kids are older - only need to pay fr 2 lines now. I have tried for 1 year (explicitives deleted) to cancel my phones, I am literally paying for 2 phnes ($396 a month total) cause they won't let me cancel my other 2 lines out of contract.
Whatever do you mean? Well, we went to Sprint store - no go to corporate store (with hubby in tow), go to corporate store, no can't help you, you have to do online, go online, nope have to call 877 number. call 877 number, transfer 3 times to retention team, retention team says you have to have your husband on the phone........ BUT YOU CASH MY checks. Most husbands can't do this. And Sprint WONT conference him in. are you kidding me? Or call him. Or do anything but take my money from my account every month. No one says sorry. Sorry we cost you $1700. This have NOTHING to do with their phone service, it is their corporate policies and you can buy the phone in person, but have to cancel over the phone and wait for bags that never come and sales people that lie, and I have been in sales 30 years... I am highly offended.
