  • Made an appointment yet was still made to wait 30 minutes while continuously getting ignored or told "1 minute" when I asked how much longer. I had even mentioned on the phone that I was in a rush and wanted to confirm they were okay to do at given appt time. I ended up literally walking out when no one could bother to give me an answer or attention when asking for the 5th time how much longer it would be since I'd been waiting 30 minutes and they had just let two walk ins with broken nails ahead. Terrible service. Last time I spent 30 minutes too waiting after I called ahead for an appointment time so this is clearly a regular issue. will not be returning or recommending to anyone. I ended up going to rainbow nail salon across the street and am happy to have found a new nail place in the area!
