What a joke! State Farm contracted Charity to take my disabled car to the service station. We started the process at 7:15 a.m. We waited on hold almost 10 minutes to set the appointment which was ETA 9:10. Its a crazy business I understand timing can be difficult when they still hadn't arrived at 9:30 I called Charity. Placed on hold again when the operator finally came back she said she would have the driver call. 9:40 State Farms service called to see if tow had arrived. NOT!! Customer service tried to call Chairty and was immediately put on hold. Thank you customer service for coming back, canceling the order and setting up a new tow. This is now an hour after ETA. Five minutes later the driver called and I got to tell him the order was cancelled. It may not have been his fault, but what a joke. I will not let State Farm send me to Charity again that's for sure. Hopefully the next company will be better. and the wait starts over.
