  • Are there no good fabric stores in Madison??? Seriously. Joann's is not good, I like Hobby Lobby, but the selection is terrible. Here it is understaffed. When I went in there were two people staffed at the cutting counter to cut fabric. The lady cutting my fabric could not figure out which way the fabric went despite the fold from being on the bolt.... hmm... no brainer. Could not figure out how to do math either.... She reeked of cigarette smoke (Just what I wanted on my fabric). As this was happening you notice that no one is at the cash register.... so then each person who got done with their fabric being horrible cut... they were waiting up in front for the two staff members (who are still at the cutting counter) to actually cash out.... Very disappointed. I thought I was finding an alternative to Joanns.... nope.
