  • MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR NEW BALLANTYNE CARD! I went into today and presented my old ballantyne card and the CSR said she couldn't give the discount because I don't have the card on me. I walked out. All over 15%. Poor customer service. I've been a customer since day one and customer service levels have progressively deteriorated. You've lost a loyal customer. I would recommend added training for customer service.
