So far my experience at this gym has been okay, however my last experience doing zumba today at 7pm was incredibly disappointing. I asked the front desk staff who was supplying for the regular staff so I can get the most of my workouts. The staff's tone was quite snarky and she was not willing to help answer this question by any means.
I am not sure what the front desk staff are getting paid to do when it is not busy. I'm rarely greeted or sent off with a goodbye.
I guess I shouldn't expect small town customer service in a big city?
