  • I would've loved to have given this place more stars, but the service was terrible. Went with a group of 6, four were doing AYCE, one just a la carte teriyaki chicken and the last was simply hanging with the group because they weren't hungry so they just had a drink. Our waitress brought us other people's orders, forgot to put ours in, all of us needed refills repeatedly, empty glasses sat on the table for 15 mins or more and that's probably an understatement. She was constantly texting on her phone, paying no attention to us. It was later at night and there were maybe 12 other people besides us that had two other waitresses waiting on them. We literally waited to be able to order our second rolls as she sat in a chair texting on her phone by the front door. Eventually I guess she got sent home and the other two waitresses tag teamed our table, but by then- our experience was less than stellar. It really put a damper on what was to be an enjoyable evening with friends. I don't drink much so I kept pouring my drink into my guy's bc he had nothing but ice chips in his cup for a long time. At one point she refilled one person's drink but left the remaining five of ours empty. She even copped an attitude when she brought us the wrong order for the third time- and we informed her we didn't order it. Three of us decided "you know what, I don't care what she brings next- I'm eating it because I'm hungry!" It took over 45 mins to get our first rolls and one was "forgotten" so that person sat watching the rest of us eat. We all just started sharing with one another at that point, because everyone was hungry and it was getting much later in the night than we intended to be staying. The last two waitresses who took over for Miss Text aholic, saved the night in such that it wasn't a completely ruined evening. Was not impressed and will not go back, I have been to this place more than once - we have had better service at several other places.
