  • I've had trouble at another Visionworks location and decided to talk to another store manager about it. Colleen went above and beyond for me and I can't say enough good things about her customer service. I had to call the "other" location and was put on hold twice as soon as I called and was on hold for 15 minutes the first time and 5 the next with no one coming back to me until just giving up and calling Colleen. KUDOS COLLEEN!
