  • Franky, this shop is lucky not to get a 2 star rating from me. Basically it's because I was not impressed with the service. I heard many good things about this chain but other than the sandwich being pretty good, I never saw that one thing that would make it overly unique. I had the Italian sub and was somewhat disappointed that they only have white bread. The sub as I said was good but could have used a little more zip in the dressing. I was handed my sandwich quickly at the counter - the speed impressed me but was not asked if I would like anything else and given no napkins - I had to search for them. I base my score on the product over the service. I'm fairly certain this isn't common practice. Recommend: MEDIUM
