  • Worst Walgreens pharmacy in Las Vegas. Called there today at 3 o'clock to talk to the nastiest representative possible. I'm writing this review because this is not the first time or encounter at this Walgreens pharmacy the staff is rude inconsiderate and don't care about their jobs or customer service. Writing on the encounter today my prescription was called in electronically four hours prior to 3 PM. In fact I work in the office where it was called in and spoke with the representative at customer care who transferred me to the local pharmacy to see when the prescription would be done. Not only was I told it would be two more hours but I was treated like I was not even a human being. People treat their animals better than how the staff today at 3 PM treated me. Rude and don't care that I was sitting there already but figured because of my past encounters that it would be ready. If you're inconvenienced by working then join a team where you can. It is now 615 and my prescription still is not filled. So I kindly call customer care and have it transferred to Walgreens at Del Webb. Guess what 20 minutes my prescription filled great smile thank you for even coming to the pharmacy. Drive the extra mile up the hill for customer service and quick prescription fills.
