  • I had an issue with shipping and a problem with a product and I must say that it couldn't have been handled more poorly and the individual that I talked to in the "administration" department couldn't possibly have been more rude and disrespectful. His attitude was astounding! So much for providing good customer service and trying to work WITH the customer on an issue. I would stay clear of this business altogether. Find somewhere that appreciates business.
