| - So disappointed by our experience today! My husband and I stopped in for a cheat-day treat at around 2:30 this afternoon. We live around the corner and have been waiting for an opportunity to swing by for something sweet, so we were excited to try Rolling in Dough!
We walked in and we were begrudgingly greeted by the girl working - maybe she was having a bad day, but wow, what a horrible attitude. There were no prices on any of the cookies, so when we asked what the prices were, she rolled her eyes and asked, "well, which one?" She didn't know what some of the items in the case were, which is understandable if they change their inventory a lot (which as a bakery, I hope they do to keep things new and exciting!), but she didn't have to have such a poor attitude about it. Would it have killed her to smile once while we were in there? Her bad attitude filled the bakery with negative energy. We ended up buying a cupcake to share later, and we just ate it - the frosting didn't taste fresh, and the actual cupcake was okay but very dry.
I would say we'd give this place a second chance, but between the mediocre baking and the horrible customer service, I can safely say we will not return.
