  • I moved in on 9/16 and delivery was suppose to start that day. It started 3 days earlier per the property manager, but on the day I moved in--NO PAPER. Plus my credit card was billed twice. Since then, I have been a subscriber for 22 days and they have missed delivery on 12 days (over 50%). I keep track on my wall calendar. There were 4 days they were suppose to re-deliver and it never happened. Calling CS does absolutely no good. After missing the paper the last 2 days in a row, I will cancel tomorrow if no paper shows up. I believe the RJ thinks its subscribers are doormats and I, for one, will no longer be treated with such dis-regard after paying for this service in advance. I have a theory: Fail your GED and you move to the top of the line for an RJ CS job. Fail it twice and you can be a CS Manager. Fail your GED three times and English as a Second Language, you can immediately be promoted to Regional Distribution and Delivery Supervisor. Edit: Again, no paper. That makes 6 out of the last 8 days. Now cancelling.
