  • I was in the store earlier this month on 8/5. This had not been my first visit/purchase here. I was doing some birthday shopping and considering LA only has 1 Tourneau location I had planned to drop in and check out their pre-owned Omega Speedmaster pieces. I went in and was approached by Gregory A., I asked him to point my wife and I to their Omega watches. He pointed out a really nice Speedmaster Super Ocean, but it wasn't quite what I was looking for. I took a look at a few others and still wasn't convinced. He then offered to pull up their online inventory through the website. We were able to locate an awesome Speedmaster that I really liked. After some thought, I decided to go for it. Gregory was very friendly and accommodating and made the entire ordering process painless. He offered us water/champagne and confirmed all the order details. Fast forward a few days later and I had my timepiece delivered to my house. He assured me that if I didn't like it I could return it. I'm quite happy with my purchase.
