First let me say, I love HHAGG. But the service here was poor. Perhaps it is the downtown location that attracts a certain clientele. But don't assume I am a low class citizen until I do something that warrants such treatment.
My son's pancakes were supposed to have chocolate chips. They arrived plain. Our six orders didn't arrive together. The last order arrived a full 1/2 hour after the first order.
We asked for a bottle of ketchup. They said weren't allowed to give a whole bottle. .. Really?!? Is there a ketchup shortage in Vegas I'm not aware of?
I will probably not come back here by choice.
The saving grace is the food which is consistently good.
