  • Wow, did I score big with Yes we cater. I liked them so much that I tossed the idea of a restaurant for the rehearsal dinner and decided to cater both my wedding and rehearsal dinner with Yes we cater. They are that awesome. Yes we cater has awesome personal service, tons of event experience and worked with my budget. I am going to get detailed, for any of your brides-to-be out there. I checked out Big Burrito first, because I wanted a variety of really good, interesting food at my wedding. Big Burrito couldn't care less about me, because I wasn't a huge event and I wanted something a little complicated and unique. We worked with John Vallese -- whose energy and good looks are hte first two things your notice! He ran with out idea of having a lot of variety and dozens of different dishes from around the world. In fact, he came up with ideas that I didn't even think of, and I just sat back and let him be creative. John didn't have a pre-set menu of dishes that you had to chose from. Instead, he built a personalized menu from our ideas. When we thought the price was outside our budget, John worked to decide which items stay and which go. For our tasting, Mark, the executive chef, cooked us a three hour, five course dinner for six people. Holy crap, the food was amazing, and I loved the casual, family atmosphere -- Mark's wife popped in with delicious cookies at the end! Mark makes damn good food and John knows his event planning. I can't emphasize enough how comfortable I feel working with Yes we cater. They're the best.
