rev:text	The facials were fine but my skin never got better. I suggest getting an oxygen facial or chemical peel from a dermatologist for real results. I've experienced similar negative experiences like the other reviewers. I always got the sense the staff were sneering at me. The owner was constantly awkward and stiff although I'm not sure really why, but i'll take a stab at it... READ ON, is the suspense killing you? They would ask really personal questions and go on about their personal lives. I learned about a staff's boyfriend and her shock at "Canadian tanning, and badly aged skin." Sharing stories with clients is great, if it's not done in a superior tone and rudely mocking your Canadian customers. Now I know it's probably a cultural difference and that Koreans, as a culture, place a high value on status, beauty and money....but they might want to tone it down. That said, my friend who has had the double eye surgery and a very pretty "Korean ideal" face browsed for a few minutes, bought nothing and had a great time. Hilarious. They gushed over her and asked if she was Korean lol. She also got free samples. She's a very sweet girl and her beauty shines inside and out, but what this does tell me, is that the store treats people differently based on their appearances, and race, which is terrible if you're a paying customer who expects to be treated with respect. So essentially, only come here if you're Korean, Caucasion OR you look like a K pop model like my friend does. Otherwise, you might get made fun of and treated like crap.
