  • I was promised one rate by George M a Cox E-care specialist and then charged more than $100 more than the promised price! I have spent the last 2 days trying to get a corrected bill. April the supervisor said she would return my call at 11. I have called back 4 times. It's 5 hours later than her call back time. HONOR YOU PROMISES.
