I don't even want to give a one star!!! I am moving to a new home, the one listed. I ordered to have the gas turned on, I was told by the property management company that it was already on and I just had to have it transferred, which I didn't have to be there for. Well, when I got to the new place, there was a "Sorry we missed you" note on the door. It's Friday, mind you, so I call to see what can be done, since I have a young toddler and it's storming here. You'd think they wouldn't want a toddler going without heat and hot water, but the woman I spoke to made it VERY clear that she didn't care about the situation. Her exact words were "You and your TODDLER have to wait until Monday like everyone else". I can't BELIEVE they give this kind of treatment to customers! And they know they can because we can't go through another gas company!!! There is no other gas company! This is RIDICULOUS!
