  • Absolutely the WORST property management group in Las Vegas. In my experience with them, the people who work here are uncaring, but when they are also unskilled and unorganized....We have a problem. The people here are beyond disorganized, often forgetting about issues at the property or ignoring them. They forget property addresses. They also have ZERO people skills and treat tenants harshly. The lack of English fluency frustrates tenants and the repair service workers as well. Numerous complaints from repair service workers that they were treated poorly and very hard to deal with. This is unacceptable. I cannot get over the rude behavior and badly written email correspondence. I do not recommend them at all. Hoping to work with a much more professional property management company soon. Sad.
