  • Property Frameworks is a very DISFUNCTIONAL, UNPROFESSIONAL and DISORGANIZED company. Every associate at the company lack customer service and communication skills. They have never made it easy to be a renter, and I would never recommend this company to any renters or owners. The company made a mistake in my monthly statement, charging me the full amount instead of a prorate due to my move out date on the 15th. I spoke with their Accounting department, two different Property Managers, as well as a Marketing Coordinator to help resolve the error. I was push off from one person to another, with no solution for over three weeks. The four individuals whom worked in the same office, did not communicate with each other to try to resolve the error. Instead, I had to call and send emails repeatedly to receive my credit back. I have also had four different property managers within the three years living at my unit. The first PM was very responsive and organized. However, the recent two PMs never answer their office or mobile phone, and will take at least a week or so go by before responding to an email. Communication is definitely not a priority for this company.
