rev:text	If I could give this place a 0 I sure would. I do not get my hair done here and never would, but I always buy my Liter bottles of Redken there. In my opinion they sell FAR too many hair care products for a crappy little mall like Westbrook. How does a person even know if the product has been there for over 2 years (max life of hair care products) I should've known better. So the reason I will NEVER ever buy from these "professionals" again is that a particular bottle of Redken I just bought looked suspicious to me when I got it home. It had a little different bottle color then usual and the label was a sticker instead of printed ON the bottle. I did some research and found out that real Redken will ALWAYS be printed not a sticker and that thus bottle was likely a counterfeit. So who knows what the hell is in it. When I tried to return this fake the man at the counter told me very rudely to take it up with Redken because they bought it from them. If I wanted to return it I would lose 30% (some lame restocking fee or something) and in store credit only! Ha! As if I want their store credit for more garbage! So now I'm stuck with the product but will definitely be looking into it further. In my opinion I might have continued to shop with them if they had the courtesy to take back the product for a full refund. If they were "professionals" they would have done that then taken it up with their rep themselves. No loss. Do NOT use this shop, they may have all kinds of fake products and don't treat their paying customers with respect.
