rev:text	I bought a Groupon. Warning! They bump you down the line with a Groupon. I set up an appointment and about 45 minutes to the end of the time frame, (which was the end of the day) the technician called me and saying he won't be able to make it. I asked him why did it take so long to contact me about this. He said it's because he doesn't have the correct supplies for the carpet cleaning at our place. Huh?! It was only the basic carpet cleaning and why don't you have it? So I rescheduled for another day. The time was winding down for that appointment time, that was confirmed the day before. So I called them asking if there was a time frame. I was told that my time frame got pushed back by 4 hours. I told them that it will need to be rescheduled because that wasn't the time frame that works for me and why was I confirmed for this time frame the day before?! Made a third appointment. It was a 4 hour window and the technician arrived at the 3rd hour. In which I told him that I expected it to be done by the 4th hour and I need to head out. I was given an extra protection chemical something for the troubles but not something that was noticeable. I wouldn't have noticed had it not been done. I did ask them both times if this was because I had a Groupon and they assured me that it wasn't because and that they treat everyone the same regardless of the price paid. So it all in all, it was just a pain in the ass to get them to come out here and disrupt 3 of my days. It was very frustrating.
