This should be a -5 star review! This is the worst bank in the entire world! The people at the drive are completely incompetent. I had a deposit for one account with two deposit transactions with two deposit tickets with the account number and the check amount on each deposit ticket. I sent it over and she says there are no deposit tickets. She then somehow deposits one check but sends 2 deposit receipts one with one deposit and with a blank deposit ticket. I then try to tell her and she asks there were two checks? She fumbles around and finally another teller comes to finish the transaction. The same thing happened 2 hours previous for another account with 2 cash transactions. This has actually happened continually for the past few weeks. Now You might ask why I don't just take my lazy ass inside....well there is a story for that as well which has to do with the incompetence of the tellers on the inside as well as well as having to stand in a line for longer than 10 minutes, and having to deal with the other irritable banking clients as well. I would just go to another branch but alas...there isn't one any closer. I would change banks but we have too many accounts there.....
