  • I am really, REALLY sorry The Penguin seems to have taken such a dive - no pun intended. Went there Saturday: one server, one cook, no french fries, several menu items weren't available. Hot dog was ok, onion rings were pretty much unidentifiable. SAD. This place needs someone to go in, take over and bring it back. This place need some definite love. It couldn't be in a more perfect neighborhood.
