  • We had an incredible experience with Vegas Balloon Rides! The staff is amazing and helped me feel comfortable to overcome my acrophobia. When we met at 5:45am at their location on Polaris ave off the west side of the Strip, they provided us with granola bars and bottled water before we jumped in the van and headed to our take-off area in the southwest area. We were able to get a full experience by assisting with balloon inflation setup (voluntarily) as well as balloon deflation and packing into the bag at the end. The ride itself was calm, serene, and a bit romantic. Temperatures were a comfortable 65° from the ground to the sky. We watched the sunrise from 4,000 feet and I never felt unsafe through the take-off/landing. And I can't forget to mention the complimentary orange juice/mimosa toast following our flight! (Don't forget to tip them, they completely deserve it!!!) Our pilot was extremely knowledgeable and informative of everything regarding hot air balloons and their history, and his sense of humor had us laughing through the entire 4 hour experience! The staff's camaraderie amongst one another was entertaining and I couldn't have pictured a better trip. Thank you LARRY, James, Jonathan and Jeff! You guys are the dream team.
