If your family has ANY medical issues even remotely outside the ordinary, or if you value good communication and service from a doctor's front office -- go elsewhere.
My daughter had a broken bone caused by a vitamin D deficiency. Her orthopedist asked her pediatrician to monitor her vitamin levels. As soon as her levels hit the minimum, Dr Day told us to stop supplementation. The orthopedist was horrified. He ordered additional supplementation and tests to ensure her levels got up to midrange. He said if we had stopped where Dr Day told us to, our daughter would have continued to break bones, because a "minimum" level is literally that -- the minimum necessary for life -- and not sufficient to address the problems she was experiencing.
On top of this, the billing and customer service departments are horrible. At our last visit, the clerk told us we were "all set" and "owed nothing." They then sent my daughter's account to collections for a bill from that visit! I only found out when I called to make another appointment for her and was told my daughter had been dismissed from their practice for lack of payment! The woman I spoke to about it was brusque and dismissive, and had no explanation for the lack of communication other than saying they had sent letters and made calls (none of which I received).
Bottom line: Run away. Fast.
