I was fortunate enough to have a friend spring for a room for the hubs and me and we made it a very short but sweet staycation. We had a late check-in (around 11pm) and so we weren't able to take much advantage of the amenities at the hotel but the room itself was fantastic.
All your necessities are taken care of here. You've got a separate bedroom and bathroom, dining area, kitchen and living room. It's basically a full size condo. The Murphy bed and fireplace were a couple of welcome add ons (although we didn't need an extra bed and bummer-the fireplace didn't work for us). There's a washer/dryer in a closet area and the kitchen is a complete workable kitchen-fridge, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher. Like I said, it's a complete condo, not just a hotel room on steroids.
The decor of the room is pretty bare bones but it's done tastefully with a cool and appropriate homage to Las Vegas and the surrounding area in artwork throughout. The bathroom was your typical hotel bathroom-although the vanity and sink were separate from the shower and toilet which was nice. There was a large flat screen TV both in the living room and the bedroom. The outside patio was massive-as in you could easily fit 15 people on it. Hotel party!
The staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. I was worried we'd be cornered by some eager beaver salesperson but I suppose our late arrival and early departure saved us from an obligatory time share presentation (whew!). Parking is abundant and the entire property is well lit at night.
This is definitely a spot where you could spend a long vacation. The condo has everything you'd need for an easy going stay away from home. Just bring clothes and a toothbrush. Oh and money for the slots. This is Vegas, after all.
