The customer service here is really lacking. I understand that they don't want people to cancel memberships because they lose money, but people have life issues come up. I've been trying to cancel now for over a a week without responses. I thought I would return once I had my son back on track, but now that will not be happening. For the prices they charge they should have 24 hour response times like all other quality businesses. They boast no contracts, but then won't let you cancel without a hassle. Hope to be done soon!
