  • I had an absolutely terrible experience at the chandler mall location. The level of unprofessionalism is appalling. When I walked up to their kiosk, there was one woman in front of me. Instead of helping this woman, they let her sit there while they held a staff meeting. I walk up to them to ask a question after 10 awkward minutes. Instead of acknowledging me, I get looked at up and down and the employee actually turned her back on me to continue her meeting. I immediately left. I wish there was a way I could give them zero stars, for they're not deserving of the default one star.
