  • I am a Real Estate Broker and only use B Baca Engineering for all my home inspections. The staff are professional, courteous and treat my clients with great care. They are never to busy to answer all the questions my clients may have and make the inspection process less scary for my clients. We do rehab properties in town and also use B Baca Engineering for their structural engineering expertise. Ralph is the very best, always available for questions, structural inspections, helps us with the City Planning Department requirements and gives us choices of solutions to the problems we may find.
